This facility will allow ample space with its 92,000 sq. ft. barn with a Priefert rodeo arena and 80 stalls. With over 100 acres to build the wild west town that will be full of adventure, Or explore on a hayride to one of our favorite picnic spots. The opportunities this property provides are endless. future cabins, rv spots, and wild west train ride, petting farm and miniature golf just to name a few. There is a full business plan in place to create over 2mm+ in just the first 2 years, with profits growing from there. Giving our scholarship program a great foundation to grow and support our youth in the agriculture community.
